Cassiopiea Design & Engineering LLP

Cassiopiea Design & Engineering, LLP, (CDE) is a Company engaged in providing Conceptual, Procedural and Operational Consultancy and Technical Advisory Services to Indian and Foreign Companies engaged in development and production of various products for Defence Forces and Para Military Organisations.

In response to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s clarion call for “Start-Up India”, Cassiopiea Consultants Pvt Ltd was reconstituted as CDE, and was incorporated as an LLP Company on 03 December 2019, under Section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 of India.

Major P. V. Krishnan (Retd), who founded Cassiopiea Consultants Pvt Ltd on 23 July 2002, under Indian Companies Act, 1956, is now with CDE as CEO. Maj Krishnan has served in the artillery branch of the Indian Army for about 16 years, of which four years were in the Weapons & Equipment Directorate of Army HQs. He is M Tech (Weapon Systems), MBA (Strategic Materials Management).

The Company provides Technical Consultancy Services to a number of Indian Government owned and Private Sector Companies, and also foreign Companies. The Company brings top class professionalism and knowledge to a Sector that has, in India, traditionally remained in the domain of government owned organisations. CDE is assisting many Foreign Defence Companies in identifying and collaborating with Indian Companies in the field of Defence Manufacturing.
