CDE has extensive experience of the defence industry, from both the ‘User’ and ‘Industry’ perspectives. The Company has on its Team, Senior & field-level former servicemen, and former employees of PSUs who have, between them, vast professional and technical knowledge of equipment in as diverse fields as Procurement Procedures, QA, R & D, Operations, manufacturing, Repair & Maintenance and Overhaul & Upgradation. CDE personnel have been accorded, on many occasions, Indian MoD Security Clearance to participate alongside their foreign and Indian Principals in various rial and Evaluation procedures. The Panel Members are also keen students of Geo-Politics and Strategic Affairs.

1. Maj P.V. Krishnan – has served for nearly two decades in the Indian Artillery. MSc Tech (Weapon Systems) qualified on Long Gunnery Staff Course and Technical Staff Course, MSc Tech (Armament Technology). He has served for about four years in the Weapons & Equipment Directorate and on the Project Management Board of the IGMDP. He was Army HQ representative on the Drafting Committee of DPP 2002.

2. Air Vice Marshal Brij Mohan Tyagi, VSM (Retd) - Former Indian Air Force Fighter Pilot.

3. Wg Cdr Pankaj Gupta - Former Indian Airforce Fighter Pilot.

4. Colonel Sanjeev Kumar (Retd). - Army Veteran with over 24 years of experience.

5. Mr. BV Ramanamurthy. - Over 35 years of experience with Indian and International companies in the field of simulation with various technical environments and technologies.

6. Mr. Jnyneshwar J Kantu. - Air Force Veteran with over 20 years of defence service.

7. Mr. Rajeev Mehta. - Over 20 years of experience in Operations and Business Development activities.
